2. However, it is necessary to apply antifogging agent inside the sight glass of protective clothing according to the recommended instructions.
3. Choose two people as "cooperative organization", that is, another person helps when wearing protective clothing.
4. Underwear should be worn under protective clothing. At least, it is recommended to wear long sleeves and trousers, or long "underwear". Fire resistant underwear should be considered.
5. Remove personal items that may damage the protective clothing, such as pens, badges, jewelry, etc.
6. Take off your shoes (this step can be omitted when wearing a protective suit with long rubber boots). Some rubber boots are not allowed to be worn outdoors.
7. Draw the trouser legs into the stockings so that you can easily put on the trousers legs of protective clothing and long rubber boots.
8. If a self-contained air breathing device is used, check and install the equipment, complete all connections, and adjust according to the manufacturer's requirements. Do not put on a mask temporarily unless required by the breathing device.
9. If the breathing tube air supply system is used, check and complete all connections and commissioning. Do not put on the mask temporarily unless required by the breathing device.
10. Sit with your legs in your protective clothing.
11. Put both feet in the jacket boots and pull down the splash shield on the boots. (Note: work boots should be one to two sizes larger than the usual boots, so that there is enough space to put the boots of protective clothing and protective cover into the boots.)
12. Turn on the air supply device, put on the mask, and make sure that the air supply system works normally
13. Stand up and put on the belt, if any.
14. Put your arms and head into the protective clothing, zip it up, and then close the zipper cover.
15. Ask the assistant to check whether the zipper and zipper cover are fully tightened, whether the vision of the mask is clear, whether all air pipelines are tightly connected, and whether the protective clothing is in reasonable working state.
Unloading method
Take off protective clothing as follows:
1. Leave the work site or "hot area" when there is enough air in the protective clothing, so as to remove the pollution safely and take off the protective clothing in time.
2. If the protective clothing is exposed to toxic chemicals, it is necessary to remove the poison properly and then take off the protective clothing.
3. Take off the protective clothing in the reverse order of putting on the protective clothing. Do not touch the place where the protective clothing may be contaminated with chemicals.
4. If possible, the protective clothing should be completely detoxified, cleaned, inspected and air pressure tested for reuse.
5. If the protective clothing cannot be detoxified, the protective clothing should be discarded in a safe way. (Note: refer to the detoxification section)
